Make the Armour Stand Face the Correct Direction in a Shop

**Problem**
Currently, when a shop has its display set to something that has an armour stand, it always faces the same direction, independent of the rotation of the shop

**Solution**
Make the armour stand face the sign when created

**Additional context**
It should act similarly to how item frames display
