Access Front Door: Update

This was a work in progress, but will need updated:

• Better readme with

  • the component hardware in place
  • the commands needed to be run to flash the device
  • links to other resources (enclosure, diagram, etc.)

• Accept and parse the params value from the Hub request -- we're currently looking for duration but that's not an explicit parameter that the hub knows about, and it just proxying the params blob along

• How do we manage getting the PSK into the code for flashing?
