Hi, this resolve #21 rewriting all relative link in
aandimgelements.Obviously this is implemented only for package on GitHub.
I also fixed another issue I had noticed: the anchor of the headings in readme was not working. Apparently GitHub adds an arbitrary prefix (only in the HTML, I haven't investigate much what it's doing).
