Workspace indicator for Aerospace

Has anybody figured out how to add indicator for the current focused workspace integrated with aerospace? I've seen the examples where you add all the workspaces to sketchybar and then highlight the current one, but I would like to only display the focused one.

Preferably I would like this to work with multiple monitors as well - for each monitor display the current workspace, is that possible?

I have a great implementation in my dotfiles, but for multiple monitor support I needed sketchybar to have more & better display events. I implemented them in #710 but haven't heard anything from @FelixKratz about it to get it merged in.

You can take a look at my sketchybar dotfiles, I have some utilities and such that are fairly well commented to explain what I'm doing.

final outcome is like this, with the active space highlighted in gold and the active window to the right of the > character after the list of spaces.

Also check out my aerospace config, as I needed aerospace actions to additional trigger sketchybar events for it to work well. if you cmd+f sketchybar in there you should find all the places I needed to manually trigger events.
