Using someone config/theme

Everytime i install somoene config/theme my sketchybar just goes full blank for some reason.
i try to install this one https://github.com/xrce/dots/tree/main/dots/kuujaku and everytime i put the files and reload sketchy bar it just goes full blank and nothing shows up and i gotta reset to the default config to show up something atleast

Just curious, did you do:
chmod +x plugins/plugin.sh

for all the plugins.. its a rookie mistake but I also did it when I first started using it
