Profile : Edit Organization Profile- Description

As a User,
Given that I am on the Organization Profile page,
When I click on the Description option,
Then I should be able to type a description limited to 160 characters.

Design:

Acceptance Criteria:
The "Save" button should be disabled (light blue) unless a character is entered. The button is enabled (dark blue) when a character is entered.
The user can only enter 160 characters max in Description.
