Profile : Edit Organization Profile- Language

As a User,
Given that I am on the Organization Profile Page,
When I click on the Language option,
Then I should be able to type my language.

Design:

Acceptance Criteria:
The "Save" button should be disabled (light blue) unless a character is entered. The button is enabled (dark blue) when a character is entered.
