NOTE: this is only for the Tags portion of the UI - NOT the Apply Filter button, Clear Filter button, or the - icon.

ALSO NOTE: This does not include the functionality of actually searching using the selected Tags

Selecting a tag will highlight the specified tag
Users can select multiple tags
Selecting tags will highlight them; clicking again will de-select them
