Filen desktop error - directory ignored by default

Describe the bug
Reporting here as no issues option in Filen Desktop - pls fix so we can report desktop errors vs cli errors
In Linux Filen Desktop, when uploading via sync, it randomly refuses to upload some files stating they are inside a directory which is ignored by default.
This is random as it uploads other files in same directory.
Directory chosen is also random.

To Reproduce

1. Invoke Filen Desktop on linux
2. Setup sync cloud
3. choose directory with large number of sub directories
4. As its a random behaviour, unclear how to reproduce but screenshot attached.

Expected behavior
All files upload including all directories without random irrational errors

Latest Filen Desktop for linux

• OS: Sparky linux testing (based on debian testing)
  -- hardware configuration - thinkpad e15 gen 2 amd ryzen 5 CPU, 40g RAM, 500g Disk
• filesystem and disk type used - btrfs
• VPN or proxy used - no

Additional context
rclone sync doesn't work - full of errors when trying to sync large data
desktop mount doesn't work - full of errors when trying to sync large data
desktop sync works better - except this problem so please fix otherwise pointless having lifetime filen!
