decryption using the yubikey plugin doesn't ask for a touch

I'm a newbie using sops, age, and yubikeys for encryption. I've been trying for a couple days to figure out why I could generate identities, query identities, encrypt files using age, but when ever I would decrypt, it would ask me for my pin, then stall and eventually time out.

Finally I had a brainstorm and tried touching the yubikey after entering my pin.

It would be really handy if I could get the same 👆 Please touch the YubiKey prompt when decrypting as I do when generating. As far as I can tell, providing that prompt is the responsibility of the age-yubikey-plugin client, which is age in my case.

The age client doesn't know anything about YubiKeys and I would prefer not to break that abstraction.

@str4d, maybe age-yubikey-plugin could send a msg during the bi-directional phase if it's been waiting on touch for a while?
