Placement of Flyouts Relative to AutoHide Taskbar #60

Description

When the taskbar has autohide enabled, Fluent Flyouts open either on top of the taskbar, making it impossible to reach the tray icons, or under the taskbar, obstructing the bottom portion the flyouts. This differs from the behavior of the Start Menu and native Notifications/Calendar flyout, which are placed a few pixels above the taskbar so that nothing is obstructed. I think it'd be better if Fluent Flyouts mimicked the latter behavior.

Also, as a previous commenter has pointed out, when the tray icons can be reached, the Fluent Flyouts don't always close when one clicks on their icons.
