fdsreader syntax changed

Hi Kristian,

I was interested in your approach. After a few tests with your example file, I think the fdsreader syntax changed, at least in the current version of it (1.9.11). I got errors for:

def _read_fds_data(self, slice_id=0):
def _get_extco_array(self, time):

After "updating" the syntax, the tool worked as expected.
