Bug Description
The pack.mcmeta data file is out of date, this means the transparent overlay is displayed as broken / incompatible in the resource pack section. This has been caused by an update in 1.21.7 to the spec introducing two new fields min_format and max_format, see https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-snapshot-25w31a.

I believe this is where the pack.mcmeta file is currently stored.
