flow (probably also Flow-IPC): Get rid of the period, space-space log+comment convention (sigh).

Don't ask me what moved me to adopt this convention back in the Giga 2010-ish days, but for some reason I enacted the convention of period-space-space between sentences. This is seen all over the place in comments and log messages; and in the coding guide albeit as a suggestion, technically.

It's just stupid. I don't know why I did that. No one wants to follow it... I don't even want to either. So it just creates inconsistency.

It'll take some ridiculous search/replaces, but it can be done.

Before resolving, take care of sister/dependent project, Flow-IPC (file ticket, whatever).
