Problem Description

so in flow launcher under the explorer plugin , i tried changing the searching path from windows index to everything but when i start searching i get this ' everything needs to be installed error; and a log file appears .

I have the same issue. I am using flow launcher and I thought Everything was included within that but it seems not.

I'm using Windows on Arm so not sure if that is the issue.
