Zygote is not compiling

Some recent breaking change was propagated as a patch release, and is causing compilation issues in various downstream packages.

As an example, create a fresh environment and install CoordRefSystems.jl:

```
] add CoordRefSystems
```

Zygote's compilation is not completing, and every call to `using CoordRefSystems` triggers it again.
