Feature description

Quickly call contacts from the launcher shortcuts.

Why do you want this feature?

It's very convenient to have my frequent contacts directly available without having to open the app.

Additional information

I implemented this feature in #246 using the speed dial but it was closed because there was no associated issue and because it seems more appropriate for starred contacts.

As it was mentioned in a linked PR, it should show favorite contacts. Google's phone app works this way, and it can be used as an implementation reference.
