No matter what I ask, it always follows 20 steps. Even if I ask something simple like, "Which tools can you use?" it keeps repeating itself until step 20 and then stops. Is this behavior intentional?

确实是做得的很蠢，完全是按max_step=20才能结束。我试了简单任务：把百度网站首页内容写入a.txt， 在step 1其实就完成了，还傻着按20步去做。 另外就是如果20步没完成，也是简单就结束了。

我加上了一个终止条件，确实是base.py 里没判断tool call 是否完成任务了
