Allow intermediate cue numbers #373

Sometimes, you have prepared a long show, with cue numbers indicated on the printed text, and suddenly you have to add a new cue between 2 already existing cues. You cannot change the numbers of all the following cues, because it's a lot of work, so you want to create intermediate cue numbers, like 2.1 - 2.2 - 2.3 - 2.4, etc.

Allowing creating intermediate cue numbers.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I know its possible to add numbers at the beginning of the cue name, and there is a tool to manage them, but then you have 2 series of cue numbers, one internal to the software that you cannot edit and a manual one. This may cause confusion and errors.
Maybe the software could ask when inserting a cue between 2 existing ones if we want to renumber the whole serie or if we want to create an intermediate number just for this cue ?
