Next, we'll add supervisor-tdx.

This will make it possible to use other TEEs than SNP.
The TDX supervisor looks at cr8.
For TDX, the page tables need to have the S bit set. This isn't compatible with SNP.
This is available on TDX.
This should be configurable, but for now, 128 is too many.
This ensures that the binary works even if the host doesn't have the musl dynamic linker installed.
The QGS (quote generation service) can be used to turn a TD report into a TD quote. TD reports can only be verified on the same platform that generated them, but TD quotes can be verified remotely.
