FEATURE: add a prefered setting, which will be checked at every boot

I am using the last version, one thing bothers me somewhat. I have to set after every flash of a new nightly my prefered settings (Europe/Germany).

So my request is, that you may add a prefered values section somehow and do a check at every boot for this settings. If they are not set, then set it automatically.

The ability to store the most current gps.conf file on the datga file system, and an option to restore it on boot would be great for those who flash early and often - especially since I bet there is a large intersection between users of root apps like this, and those who run custom ROMs.
