[Bug]: Theme Settings > Expand side bar by default is affecting the bottom navigation for mobile devices

Describe the bug

1. Enable Settings > Theme Settings > Expand side bar by default
2. Notice that it looks fine on normal monitor size
3. Decrease window size until mobile layout happens
4. Notice that the nav buttons look ugly
   

Expected Behavior

This setting probably shouldn't affect the mobile view
