update doc to match new raspi-config menu

Run sudo raspi-config, select Advanced Options -> A6 Wayland-> W1 X11-> Enter -> OK.

Should now read:
Run sudo raspi-config, select Advanced Options -> A7 Wayland-> W1 X11-> Enter -> OK.

(or at least mention newer versions may not match A6)
