gstreamer: meta-freescale pulls in gst_play with outdated API

meta-freescale pulls in an imx-specific fork of gstreamer, which provides an outdated API: most notably, it reverts a to an older version of the gst_play API: nxp-imx/gst-plugins-bad@ff04fa9

the API is documented as https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/documentation/play/gstplay.html?gi-language=c#gst_play_config_set_seek_accurate, this leads to meta-freescale failing to compile valid gstreamer applications. (compare: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-131420)
