Reverting to previous version or backing up database?

Is there a way to revert to a previous version of Dawarich? Also, I can not start dawarich_db since upgrading. I apparently need to update my postgres. Is there a way to backup my database without starting dawarich_db?

You can provide freikin/dawarich:version in your docker-compose.yml where version is a tag from this page: https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/freikin/dawarich/tags, for example, freikin/dawarich:0.23.5
