how to fix "couldn't contact to RPI ...." #20

i was used soft in WIN10 , the service shown alreay connected and green , but when i was put the PKG file to soft and press queue , it will show me "couldn't contact to RPI..... " like this , how to fix this problem ? my version is v1.07 .

Check the Firewall settings or turn it off
