making a lmn-3 from a cyberdeck

I have been really intrigued by cyberdecks lately and wanted to make one just to get comfortable with building thing,
do any of you guys think it woulld be possible to make a simple cyberdeck like this https://i.redd.it/accsgi3hddg81.jpg and just let it run the DAW.

do any of you efficionados know if this is something a complete newbie like me could do. or are there som mayou hurdles you guys already know of. I also think a mod like this wil help spread popularity and usecases for creative use of cyberdecks.

ps i really want to help out in this project, i am fairly good at designing user interfaces and the like but i dont know a lot of code languages but im willing to learn , if anyone needs help, hit me up.
