How about in week 6, the healthbar instead of being smooth, make it like the old versions of Funkin'? (Make it as an feature that you can enable in the chart editor, in case someone wants to make a fully pixelated mod)

You can change property of health bar sprite (or rather its solid color)
Look up in Playstate healthbar variable, and in hsc you can do however you want.
Using this method, it is very easy to change foundation with some easy class referencing.
