How to increase game resolution to 1920x1080

When I run the game on full screen, it's low quality. I looked for answers, but I was instructed to change the Main.hx file in the Source code, and there's no answer where to put it, because I use a downloadable built.
Other than that, is there a way to change the resolution in the downloadable build? (From 1280x720 to 1920x1080)

Pretty sure you have to change the game resolution through the source code. Maybe there's programs for doing that. Though I think changing the size from 1280x720 to 1920x1080 through the code would make things look more spacious than it should be instead of everything being upscaled.

Here's the compilation guide for setting up and building the game's code. Main.hx can just be edited and saved exactly where it was found.

I apologize if this isn't the response you wanted, but I'm just a little confused on what you meant by "where do I put the file" because it should be kept where it was found in the source code.
