Added FNF to scoop-games bucket

Opened an issue on scoop-games to add FNF as a package to the bucket and I already have a fork ready to PR. Let's hope this gets through 🤞

I'm actually surprised no one did this already...

Update:

The maintainer allowed me to open the PR, and I managed to get it to pass all the checks, so now after he'll review the changes and merge them, you should be able to install the latest version of FNF with scoop by adding the games bucket like this:

scoop bucket add games

and then install the funkin package like this:

scoop install funkin

Well, it got merged. You can now install FNF like described above using scoop and the games bucket
