Charting Issue: Missing notes for Tankman in Ugh and Guns

For the sake of consistency lol. Both songs have been missing a Tankman note up to now on v0.4.1.
Videos are from Hard.

The missing Ugh note is at 0:51.
The missing Guns note is at 0:46.

It's a small thing, but i think it's worth adding.

These two notes still haven't been added to the charts as of 0.5.1
I also have a few other charting suggestions I might compile and post in a new enhancement sometime.
