ESPHome W5500 Ethernet Driver campatible with XMOS sharing SPI

**User Story:**
As a customer running the SHOE board connected to the HAT, I want the a hardwired ethernet connection to pull and IP and replace the need for Wifi.

**Background:**
The current ESPHome component is not working out of the box.
