[script] Add "run slient" flag

When converting a datacite XML file to an odml format, all non-datacite specific XML tags and attributes are not converted to odML and elicit a warning message that is printed to the command line.

Add a flag to the command line script to run the conversion in "silent" mode where all warnings are suppressed.
