Auto-Generate List/Documentation of FedRAMP Extensions and Allowed Values from Metaschema

As a publisher of FedRAMP OSCAL guidance and requirements, I want the ability to automatically generate and publish the list of FedRAMP property extensions and allowed values based on the FedRAMP constraints and allowed values metaschema content.

There are two ways this content should be generated and published:

1. As a complete, organized, and searchable list of FedRAMP and allowed values, based on model and model area.
2. Relevant extensions and allowed values should be linked to the topic area with which they apply and automatically appear to users when viewing that topic area.

On number 2 above, an example is that any extension or allowed values that relate to leveraged authorizations should be generated and automatically appear as an enumerated list within the portion of the documentation related to the correct modeling of leveraged authorizations.
