(Suggestions) Console: Hotkeys, Drag and Drop

Hello.
There are some things I missing in BE: 2020.03.15.1304 RC

• can't open PS.
  
• cmd:
  D&D items to insert as path. (used in cmd)
  Hotkey for Auto-Completion. (Tab-key used in cmd)
  Esc to clear.
  Hotkey on item to insert it's name in console. (Ctrl+Enter used in Total CMD, FAR and some other two-pane file managers)
• explorer:
  set name in 'copy to' (useful for duplicating item in cd)
  more panes
  Option to disable tray icon.
