Console key not working on linux.

OS: Xubuntu 18.04

After a bit of testing with @OTHGMars was unable to quickly resolve the problem. turns out there's no response from the key to anywhere.

The current solution is to change the toggleconsole binds to 'shift grave'.

other keys than tilde also don't work for example pressing "win" key in options cause a fatal and game crash after pressing ignore.
