Inclusion breaks other JQuery Validators

Went to implement your JS file, and after including on the single page i need it, found that all the validator (JQuery & ASP) broke and errored out, in one form or fashion.

I remove the Script Include & Respective Code, and they start working again.

Secondly, at the end of your prototype declaration, there is an extra comma that will bug some browsers (especially IE8/9).
