PAMPAC actions: make it possible to perform for more than one result/match? #136

Currently a fixed result or match needs to get specified, but sometimes it would be useful to perform the action for all results, all matches, or a selection of results and/or matches if they exist.

Maybe the easiest way to specify this would be to use None as the result/match index, indicating that the action should get performed for all results or matches.

Already works for AddAnn but should be implemented in the same way for the other actions.

Also it should be possible to run a getter for different results/matches when several actions are run.
