missing classes in bootstrap css?

Hi,
I am helping the Kunena team out with testing their new version.
Some of the issues I am reporting are template (bootstrap) related: it appears that there is a difference between meet_gavern's bootstrap.css and the one that the Kunena team has set as required (bootstrap 2.x).

For me bootstrap.css should be bootstrap.css regardless which component / template installs it. I can understand that from a template point of view changes are made to bootstrap.css, but did you also remove classes?
