Disallow quoting mewmews, modify UI to quote the original mew instead #218

Currently if you quote a mewmew, the text of the original mew is not displayed in the UX.

In general I'm not sure it makes sense to allow quoting a mewmew -- instead the agent should quote the original mew instead.
