What steps will reproduce the issue?
a. Start chrome, enable GendeMag extension
b. Go to http://gendermag.org/
c. In bottom left of web page under GenderMag Practices & Pitfalls, select Practices and Potential Pitfalls Handout
d. View result of blank screen
e. Hit the back button
f. Right click on the PDF link again but this time select launch in new incognito window
g. View PDF correctly launched
h. Turn off extension and reload the web page http://gendermag.org/
i. Click the PDF
j. View PDF correctly launched in current tab
k. Also reproducible in other web pages with PDF link
What would you expect to be the outcome?
An in-browser PDF viewer should appear

A blank screen appears (see screen shot below)
