There is limited support for distributed teams (eg, Open Source project teams) doing GenderMag together, and what there is so far works better for on-paper GenderMag'ing than for GenderMag'ing with this tool. (See Issue Convert distributed setting guide to MD file #94 for the current level of support.) Note that Issue Convert distributed setting guide to MD file #94 needs to be fixed first, before proceeding with this issue.
Why:Now that COVID is here, most people are working from home -- thus almost every software team is a distributed team
Fit with Project goals: This has become high priority because we're now focusing on how GenderMag usage can help Open Source Project teams build the most inclusive project environments and products that they can.
Possible Idea: One possible feature that might help with this support is to figure out how to import segments of zoom-chat contents into the "why" portions of the GenderMag analysis forms.
