Working well on ASUS X200CA but not on other laptop

• OS: Windows 11
• Scrcpy version: 3.3.3
• Installation method: winget install and manual build
• Device model: TECNO LI7
• Android version: 15

Describe the bug

I have this ASUS X200CA which is an old laptop. I use scrcpy almost everyday with that laptop with no issues at all, not even once. Then, I buy a new laptop (HP 240 G9 Notebook) and it won't work anymore. Keeps saying "Could not find any adb devices". I also try with my friend laptop, same problem. But when I use scrcpy again on ASUS X200CA, it is working again, I don't know what is wrong. I use the same phone, same cable, so what's the problem here. Mind you that I've been troubleshooting this for 3 hours now. I could not find any help that works across the internet. So the last resort is making my own post

Yeah, the problem is that they don't have OEM for HP laptop

It still doesn't work after I install the "Google USB Driver". I also try finding Hewlett Packard USB Driver for my laptop on their official manufacturer website and I can't find any
