Do not hard code value of geoserver_data directory in tasks.py

# Problem

In https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/blob/master/tasks.py#L358 the value is hard coded to `/geoserver_data/data`. This value should be replaced by `GEOSERVER_DATA_DIR`
