Imported metadata isn't validated correctly when the "Validate" checkbox is checked #3
Description
The plugin is still using the iso19139 validation/schematrons. Existing schematrons need to be updated and possibly new schematrons written and tested so that when the "Validate" checkbox is checked the metadata record to be imported is validated against GVQ criteria.
