Default view incorrectly displays some elements #4
Description
Default view (also known as "simple") has a number of issues in regards to the display of certain elements:
- gvq:referenceDoc elements aren't boxed after Extent is displayed, making it unclear where one citation begins and the other ends.
- gmd:describes isn't boxed, gmx:fileName is incorrectly boxed instead
- gmd:contentInfo isn't boxed
