Duration picker

This is a beautiful project. I wonder if it'd be difficult to extend to work as a duration picker for timers.

I'd love to see this as a timer interface in lovelace, with the arrows for setting the timer duration and numbers that count down while the timer is active, providing quick access to add minutes or seconds to the running timer.
