Selection marker temporarily jumps back to first item in checkable lists

In lists with checkable items, selecting an item by pressing the return key will cause the "selection marker" or "selection cursor" to momentarily jump back to the first item.

In most themes, this is not visible. However, in themes such as nebula-ui, you can see the first item flicker for a moment.
