Description
An idea would be to scope server settings (as a first step, and then maybe content as well?) to different environments.
For example, staging would deploy the site to one target, while prod would deploy it to another. They could be named anything, really.
If there's only one environment present, the sync button could behave as it does currently. Iff there are two or more, it would mandate selection of the target before starting the sync.
