add logical separation (fields) for posts

It would be nice to be able to separate a post into different sections. Example:

Section 1: the blog article (main content)
Section 2: list of sources used for stuff in section 1

I don't see an easy way to work with references and sources in posts. Later on this separation can be used for more technical stuff. This should be theme independent and configurable per post (not for all posts).

@GiantCrocodile , Is this still an issue? Does the blockquote feature works for you? What kind of separation are you looking for?

I think I refered to splitting the content for easier copy and paste or to make different rules/content apply but I have no new information because I don't use this software anymore.
